Working Together
United Way prides itself on on collaborating with many non-profits, businesses and government agencies. Below is a description of the three main groups with whom we work.
- Formerly known as agencies, Participating Organizations are funded by United Way on a yearly basis using the Community Investment process.
- Our other collaborations are specific initiatives with the goal of improving lives in areas of education, income and health.
- Corporate sponsors collectively underwrite the cost of special events in return for a co-branding opportunity.
